I Buried my Wife and Danced on Her Grave - Ornamentation E cut & G slide. You will learn how to play the E cut and use a G slide (portamento) which is used by some flute players eg Matt Molloy. You will embed these into the tune as you learn it as well as other elements of ornamentation from previous lessons. You will learn about the idea of the flattened 7th within this tune. You will learn the tune in sections and play through the tune at 3 different paces towards the end of the lesson. The last playing is really close to a session speed which should be a good challenge and a guide to how you are doing with the course. The lesson will be accompanied by live ABC notation.
